Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. Thanks Manoela for everything and for the clear communication throughout.

Communication with the host was excellent, and the fact of having relaxed the check in was too positive. The apto is in a very good location, super quiet.

Local town hall looks very safe, and the AP is very cozy and beautiful, we miss a water FILTER, and accessible commerce near the site, everything had to go either from Uber or order Ifood.

The best place for anyone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of Pinheiros and great restaurant surroundings. The apartment was spotless with great views. I can't recommend highly enough, definitely one of the best accommodations I have been to.

Perfect from beginning to end. The house is a delight, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication was quiet and effective at all times. The location of the house is a jewel. Lastly, and most importantly, it was very nice to interact with the two dogs in the house, Café and Canela. :)) I highly recommend it.

I made my wedding day in this space and it was also an accommodation for my family. We had days of great comfort and tranquility. I received a beautiful souvenir of welcome due to my wedding. We are all enchanted by the beauty of the house. It's all smelly, spacious. Awesome! It's well worth it!

everything was great, an oasis within sp. Localizao Excelz has 2 markets ma corner,.o MC Donaldos.... up to oriental grocery. Salao beside... spacious rooms... veryooo green.

This beautiful large house had great kitchen, excellent living space and comfortable bedrooms! Hot water and clean bathrooms. Peaceful outdoor spaces as well

The airbnb is complete and comfortable. It has all the necessary utensils and more. The dishwasher is a great addition, it saves time that we can spend more of our stay. The beds and sofa are extremely comfortable. There are groceries and restaurants nearby! Beatriz and her husband, Vicente, were super helpful and even went to the house to help us build the umbrella we weren't getting. Really an amazing place! The space is perfect for relaxing with family and close friends — there are no locks on the bedroom doors so staying with people nearby makes the stay more comfortable.

I recommend it 100%. We went for a week to work intensive in Sao Paulo and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The apartment is always spotless and very comfortable, more than enough equipment, top notch security and cleaning service. We were able to rest, train in the gym and they always treated us very well. I would definitely come back.

Very functional apartment, with an excellent bathroom and high quality shower. The location is privileged, next to the Oscar Freire subway station. I recommend hosting — it was definitely worth every penny.

The space is great! We spent a week visiting São Paulo and we were quite comfortable. It is ideal for a person or couple. It is easy to access several places of São Paulo from the place, in addition to having good restaurants and cool things to do the proximity, being very close to the reunault theater, the freedom and the São Paulo Avenue. We recommend!

The host demonstrated availability, friendliness, pro-activity, education, and flexibility from first contact. In addition, we responded quickly every time you requested. The place is smaller than I thought, but the bespoke and very well-thought-out lockers make it cozy and functional. The location is excellent, the building is secure with a very good structure. I will certainly return more often
