Minha estadia com Ivani e Laerte foi maravilhosa! Eles são um casal adorável, honestos e respeitosos. Desde o primeiro momento, me senti acolhida e à vontade. As conversas foram sempre agradáveis e eram atenciosos também ao me dar espaço, nos dias em que viam eu chegar cansada. É raro encontrar anfitriões tão atenciosos. They are a lovely, honest, and respectful couple. From the very first moment, I felt welcomed and at ease. The conversations were always pleasant and they were also attentive in giving me space, on the days when I arrived tired. It is rare to find such attentive hosts. This place was even better than the pictures showed. We all had a great time and Claudia was a wonderful host. Also this house is in a very safe neighborhood. 5 stars all the way.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

I stayed with Mirele and Mr. for 1 month. Eduardo, it was a very good and peaceful experience! They made me feel very comfortable, the room is super comfortable and they treated me very well! Everything was very clean! My main goal was to have a place where I was comfortable to study. I leave my thanks and recommendation!

Super cozy and pleasant space, it felt like home! It has the limitation of some kitchen utensils, but it is only a matter of aligning before depending on the need of each one. I felt very well in the space and would be staying with Kátia again. :)

The accommodation is hotel style, the checkin was done directly with the receptionist, we were able to leave the luggage there and take our tour without worrying. The receptionist was extremely friendly, the only problem we had was the delay in answering the questions in the airb chat, however, they could be clarified by calling the google phone of the building (I discovered there in the listing) I recommend it too much, the accommodation is very close to São Paulo, easy to find, it was clean, it was all nice. Very near subway station I'm definitely going back. I recommend it to everyone.

location in great location, fair price, could have the most fancy cleaning, very low quality towels, does not have the photo table, only has 1 chair, can not for 2 people to eat sitting in the room

I had to get in early and even with the full hotel they managed to advance the possible, it helped me a lot. Jose and the reception attendant (I forgot the name) were very helpful as well.

i loved and would definitely indicate to anyone, Sandra helped me in the cold, it was super gentle, delicious breakfast, everyone who was in the house was friendly, if I have the opportunity to come back for sure I want to stay there ❤️

Estádia was great, hotel very well located, parking is worth it for convenience and safety. We were very well served from checkin to checkout, and in all the times we need, the breakfast is very good with plenty of options. I will come back more often for sure!
