It was a great stay, very nice yard, I took my dog and he loved it. There was no noise, it was very quiet. Hosts are super attentive.

Her and her son's service was excellent, they always responded in minutes. During the night it was a little noisy because of the houses around, but after the right time it decreased and did not bother to sleep. The bed is super comfortable but the sofa is very hard, I recommend it only for couples. Great value for money!

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

I had a 6 day stay. That frltblike it was ivet yoo doon. The place was better than the pictures portrayed it as being, and the pictures were great! The space was very clean, actually super clean, just impeccable! There was ample space and different work desk options, great appliances and an excellent home-like feel. Great WiFi signal and strength. The Itaim Bibi location is just perfect. Pedro was an incredible host, friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable about the area, with great recommendations, and tips. I will stay here again whenever I need to stay in São Paulo. Did I mention how the condo building is simply stellar, with great amenities, breathtaking views of the city and nearby park from the rooftop pool and lounge for guest. The building’s staff were very helpful. I know I said great quite a bit, because it was in every aspect. I would sum up the place and experience as: GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOST. Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just one important note is that depending on the route you take, the GPS may direct you to pass through the favela.

We decided last minute to rent Marcella’s place and she was excellent in getting everything ready for us. Check-in was easy and the place was exactly as described. The restaurant downstairs came in handy. They had a great lunch buffet with lots of healthy options.

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

We felt very comfortable, and the activities at the Hospital that we had scheduled were incredibly facilitated since the distance is very close.

The host is wonderful. I had a problem with my flight arrival and he was very attentive and helped my mother check in to the building. The Loft is in a great location and most importantly, it is very safe! It meets all my needs.

The apartment is really beautiful, and the view is not even mentioned… These days there reminded me of how poor I am, and why I have to double my work this year to conquer my own apartment with high ceilings. 😅🤣 I recommend it ✅

I loved my stay at Natalia’s place. The building is safe and secure and the room was clean and equipped with absolutely everything I could need! Natalia is the absolute best host you’ll find- she was so so helpful and always responsive when I had questions (and I had ALOT!) I highly recommend Natalia’s place- you’ll feel right at home 😊

Elaine is an exceptional host and her place is nothing short of what’s stated in the description!! She gave plenty of recommendations of things to do and places to eat!! There were so many restaurants and little places nearby and getting around is very easy and walkable. The location and surrounding areas felt safe, at least in our experience. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!
