Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Rodizio Area

Beatriz is a very friendly host, always ready to help and responds to messages promptly. Her nephew Alexandre was also very friendly and helpful when we needed it. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, functional and close to the metro and market. We will certainly return on an upcoming trip to São Paulo.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation, which matches exactly like the listing in addition to being super clean and comfortable. We booked for an event that took place in the Anhangabau Valley and were able to leave the car in the garage and walk, without any need for transportation. The shower is great, and the bed is super comfortable!

We stay for 15 days and we only have good things to say about the apartment, the hosts, and the location. We highly recommend the space. The pictures and descriptions are accurate and reliable.

The place is like this one described, no more no less. For me who went with my brother-in-law to work, it was great, because we were very little on site, only to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms were well clean and equipped with a writing desk, TV and a closet. The bathroom is a little small, for those who are larger will have a little difficulty, but for 1 or 2 nights it is ok. The only point we had difficulty and that I leave the suggestion to hosts is in relation to the Wi-Fi Internet, which did not log on to the network that was passed, and then very slow and oscillating too much. Maybe put a router for each apartment is an investment that helps solve this kind of issue. No more, very nice.

Location exactly as per the photos. With a great location, the building has an amazing structure! May need more kitchen utensils (but we found this because we wanted to make miraculous recipes and needed specific hahahahaha utensils). In general we enjoyed our stay, the balcony is a delight to catch the morning sun, the shower is a delight, every bath is a relaxing massage of so potent that it is the shower! Extremely comfortable bed and super clean, smelling bedding. We also had many towels at our disposal. We love it and will be back as soon as possible

Ceiça is a grace, she always responded very quickly and at checkin she was waiting for us at the door of the building, because as it was at night it made it very easy to park inside the building. The Apt is a grace like the photos,super close to Congonhas' airport, but super quiet, we slept very well. I highly recommend the apt and the host. The double bed , otimo mattress, place traquilo, otimo shower, had water in the fridge and she left the table set with soluble coffee (I loved the mimo), there is bakery 2 blocks with lunch . I'm back for sure !

Everything was in order. Communication is otima with Tati, The house is simple but comfortable.

I was very well received, pleasant atmosphere, super hygienic, all environments very clean, the host very helpful, attentive, guided me in everything I needed, I was able to find the places I needed with the clear and safe guidelines that the host gave me, I will return when I need to, for sure and I recommend it.

I felt right at home! The place has a well-equipped kitchen, towels, and anything you can think of to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is close to everything, a few blocks from Ave Paulista, and it felt really, really safe. The building staff was super friendly, and I appreciated that Stetison had the space cleaned and the bedsheets changed during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. THANK YOU!
