The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

In addition to the water park, the holiday center has a grocery store, restaurants, ice rink, playground, bowling, mini golf, and cinema. These can be used for a fee. The Dream Villa is a recently renovated villa in Rødby, where guests can make the most of its private beach area , free parking. The villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days.
