Holiday rentals with a patio in Rockley Beach

My family and I loved staying at Ester’s AirBnB. She was so accommodating even before our trip with our questions. When we arrived check in was a breeze and after a tour, the Airbnb had everything we needed. As a parent, my biggest priority was making sure that we picked a safe area to stay in, and I am pleased to say that we felt 100% safe in the Airbnb and in the neighborhood my teen loved having his own room and spacious bathroom and we loved the patio Area for breakfast and the window looking out into the garden during showers. I love the island of Barbados and I would definitely be staying at Esther‘s place when we come back thanks for hosting us.

I have been travelling to Barbados for 52 years. This is the first time for my stay in this area. Easy access to the nearby beach (10 min walk). Close to buses for destinations around the island. They provided extra items in the kitchen which helped in prepping meals. We enjoyed the cold Banks beer on arrival. We enjoyed the garden area for relaxing and reading our books. They picked up and returned us to the airport for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this cozy cottage. jeannie

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks, Ramsay communicated everything well and responded to all my questions prior to arriving. Giving us clear directions and instructions on how to access the property before we travelled to Barbados. We was pleasantly surprised with how spacious the apartment was and very clean and modern. I would suggest a car would be needed for this location but it is very central to get to the south and Bridgetown with very very regular public transport on the main roads, which made it easy to get around. The locals in the neighbourhood were very friendly and we immediately felt safe in the small community. The apartment has great amenities, however one recommendation would to have either a toaster or grill available. We would stay here again 100% / recommend to others as it was well worth what we paid.

Michael's place was exactly as described, very neat and complete. With everything needed for a comfortable home away from home. It was perfectly suited for me as it was within 5-10 minute drive from the embassy and medical center which I needed to access during my 5 night stay. The host Michael was very friendly and willing to assist at every turn, providing taxi recommendations and assisting with any queries. Would definitely recommend. Only issue is may need a car rental, but like I said there are also great taxi options.

Roger’s place was more than I could ask for. This was my second time staying and I would continue to keep coming back if it is available, this is a true gem. The place is equipped, clean, and has just the right amount of space for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend choosing this or the other listing for any of your future travels. I have now stayed at both units and both match exactly as described. Thank you for having us Roger, we will be back again soon!

We had an excellent week-long stay at Villa Mia! Our unit was spacious and clean with a fully-stocked kitchen— a small drip coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. We didn’t use the stove, but it’s available if you wish to cook and eat in. The two large bedrooms each had a comfortable Queen size bed, air con, and ceiling fan. We found the entire apartment very pleasant without the A/C and only turned on the units for a short time just before going to bed. The WIFI reception was stable the entire week, no problems at all.The villa is located in a safe area with friendly locals. If you prefer a neighbourhood that’s not right in the middle of a touristy resort area, then Villa Mia is perfect. Tree frogs and crickets lulled us to sleep, and roosters and birdsong started our days. The surroundings gave us a sense of authentic life in Barbados. Within less than a 5-minute walk is a Dollar Store, Crumbz Bakery, Oistins Fish Fry, and Enterprise (Miami) Beach! We look forward to coming back soon!

I stayed here with my husband and 3 children and we had a great time. The house is lovely, lots of space, clean, modern and everything you need. The location is good, there are beautiful beaches and restaurants within walking distance. I definitely recommend a visit.

I usually don’t write Airbnb reviews, but I must write a review for Ricardo and Denise. Denise and Ricardo have to be the nicest and kindest people that I have ever met! Words cannot even describe the hospitality they showed me and my friend during our stay in Barbados. From taking us to and from places to even dropping us off at the airport, I truly felt like I was staying with extended family members. Thank you so much Denise and Taylor! This was an amazing experience that my friend and I will always cherish.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful and located in a peaceful area. The home is modern, spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The host was attentive and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely week at Lorraine's place. We really liked the neighbourhood. Dover beach is a short walk away. We also got the bus to Miami beach which isn't far. You don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. We hired a car for two days so we could visit other places. Otherwise we stayed local. The restaurant recommendations were helpful and we had a lovely meal at the Italian place Lorraine suggested. It's easy to walk to St. Lawrence Gap where there are lots of bars and restaurants. We all loved the pool which is a good size and the kids loved the daily visits from the monkeys. The bungalow is spacious and has everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Great place with all the amenities needed. Truly felt at home. Very convenient location - walkable to the beach and with bus stop at proximity. Marium - Maisha’s assistant - was extremely kind and helpful in booking activities and providing information about local whereabouts. She was very responsive with all the questions we had.

this is a beautiful home . my partner and I love this place & it was very peaceful for our Christmas trip. the house was clean upon arrival. the host was reachable & answered any questions that i had. I did not have any concerns that's how lovely this house is. we will book again

I just spend Spring Break in Michelle’s condo in Barbados, with my two teenagers. We loved it. Felt right at home. Everything was perfect. Space (indoor and balcony) was bigger than expected. Kitchen had all we needed for breakfast, lunch (picnic for the beach), and even dinner when we chose to not go out at night. Plus: easy parking, bright, no noise, clean, big fridge, 2 bathrooms, big and cute balcony, lots of storage in bedrooms, easy entrance with digicode, perfect location, great tips from owner. Definitely recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4.

We had a fabulous 1 month stay at Sylvain’s condo. The place was exactly as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, very clean, very comfortable bed, great internet and well located. The pool was lovely and constantly maintained. The washer in the apartment was nice to have and the clothes hung on a drying rack on the back balcony dried so quickly. We bussed up and down the island the first 2 weeks then had a car rental the last 2 weeks to really explore the island. The property manager Alain was so attentive and helpful and made us feel really welcome. One small issue with the AC remote was quickly resolved and we knew if there would have been any issue, Alain would have instantly resolved it. We would not hesitate to return to this condo and highly recommend this condo to other travellers. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

Simone was such a wonderful, kind, prompt and thoughtful hostess which started before we even arrived through her communications. She goes above and beyond in providing you with all the details you will need for your stay at her beautiful condo, including what to do when you're in Barbados. Her condo was super clean and well stocked. I felt at home. The bedding was top notch and comfortable, the kitchen included your basic supplies which is key for me. I appreciate the host having teas, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, and toilet paper. It's a small thing but makes such a difference. Simone even had a tray with some treats for our arrival. She thought of everything including beach chairs and noodles to use in the sea which is about a 7 min walk. Our favourite spot was the rooftop terrace. Shade and beautiful plants to admire not to mention the awesome view. A dining area, lounge chairs for sunbathing and a conversation area. Thank you Simone, we can't wait to return!

Lovely accommodation in a great location for St Lawrence Gap. Becky was brilliant with information and communication. Would definitely recommend and look to book again in the future!

Our stay at James's condo was absolutely wonderful. Each morning felt rejuvenating as we woke up to the stunning views. Located in “The Gap,” the condo is nestled in an area that offers every amenity you could ask for. We traveled as two families, with the adults enjoying the comfort of their own rooms and the teens sharing twin beds in a separate space. The convenience of having an en-suite bathroom and individual air conditioning in every bedroom made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we’d love to return to this condo on a future visit!
