Andrew is truly a super host! He was waiting patiently for us upon arrival to greet us, even though our flight was delayed by 3 hours. He gave us a tour of the Villa and made us feel right at home. He provided us with recommendations, was quick to respond to our questions and was always helpful , friendly and warm. We could not have asked for a better host. The Southern Villa is immaculate, spacious, beautiful and in a perfect location. The pool area, terrace and wrap-around balcony provided extra space to hang out and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The washer and dryer and full kitchen also made it feel like home. We were close to awesome restaurants, Accra beach, shopping, and transportation routes. Andrew was also kind enough to drive us to the grocery store. We would HIGHLY recommend staying at the Southern Surf apartments and we will definitely be back soon. Thanks Andrew to you and all your crew and see you again soon!

Had a fantastic time at Gibbs Breeze. The villa was perfect, plenty of space and extremely comfortable. The outside area was lovely, we loved spending time in the pool.

This was the peaceful, relaxing getaway we needed! The home was large enough to comfortably accommodate 7 of us. Mom, dad, and 5 kids ranging between 17-22 years old. We really enjoyed the paddleboard they included in the rental and the hammock on the patio. The private beach was perfect! The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. The water didn't get very hot in the showers. I'm not sure if that's normal for out there or if that can be adjusted. I also didn't realize there wasn't a/c throughout the house. It may have been listed in the ad and I didn't process that, but it got pretty warm, especially while cooking. We opened the windows and doors to help but that also let a lot of mosquitoes in. But doesn't matter, it was still such a great place that those things weren't a big deal to us. Ultimately, we would stay here again based on the crystal blue beach in the backyard!

Can't say enough good things about this place! The house had everything we needed for our family of five adults to enjoy our first trip to Barbados. From the moment we checked in until the time we left, Kiana was there for us if we needed anything. The house itself is in great condition with nice bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. We cooked multiple meals in the well appointed kitchen, utilized the outdoor grill, and spent a couple of evenings enjoying good food, drinks, and music out on the veranda. The outdoor lounging areas and pool turned a very nice rental house into a fantastic getaway for our family. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near a grocery store, the fish market, and some great restaurants. We even enjoyed hearing our rooster friend next door giving us a crow every now and then and the neighbor's cat who would come by to casually greet us when we would return home. Can't wait to stay here again!

The property is absolutely stunning. Victoria was great, friendly, recommended a few places to visit. Will be renting this property again in the near future!!

Everything was as described and the place was beautiful. The beach was at the bottom of the driveway. Kirk was very responsive and made instructions as well as check-in and check-out very seamless. Will be booking again!

She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—her cooking was absolutely amazing and made each day feel like a treat. The home was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the easy access to the beach. It was just a short walk away, and we loved starting our mornings with coffee by the sea. I had an amazing experience with Reydon as my host. From start to finish, he was truly exceptional. Not only did he graciously allow me to stay in his beautiful property, but he also went above and beyond by assisting us with booking excursions, cabs, a massage therapist, decorator, and chef. Throughout the trip, he made sure we were safe and comfortable every step of the way. One standout moment was when he paused what he was doing to bring us a speaker and juice — completely free of charge. His kindness and generosity made my 30th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Reydon’s hospitality exceeded all expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for his support and attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a warm, caring, and attentive host!

this place is a total gem on the beach. Fred and Micaela were funny and always there either in person or to chat to on the phone. the beach is right there. be prepared to get sand everywhere...but that is the joy of it! we loved Barbados and we loved fred and Micaela place. thee is a rum bar and a beach bar just on the beach and everything else within a short drive. nothing was too much to ask them for either. it can be a bit noisy at night with the music from the local bars, but nothing more than what you would heat if you were in a hotel. and it's SOOO much better than a hotel. id be back there in a heart beat

Thank you Dominic for a wonderful time. You responded quickly to questions, met us at the house, and were helpful to find a ride for part of our group to the airport at the end of our stay. The location was excellent! Just 17 minutes from the airport and close to downtown Bridgetown. St. Lawrence Gap is just a short drive away, as well as Oistins Fish Fry (12 minutes with traffic). Walking distance to several places to eat, truly only a few minutes to the beach; other beaches, gas station, and Massy Store all very close to drive and even walk to. The beds were comfortable, and the space in the house was great for all 11 of us to gather. The neighbors were very nice, too. All of us had an excellent stay!

We miss this house already!! The pictures do not completely compliment how gorgeous this place looks from the inside and outside! The house is spacious and very clean. The view and surroundings are just breathtaking! The morning sunrise is so beautiful and peaceful. The staff is friendly and super helpful, overall excellent services! Restaurants, stores are just a 10-15 minute drive away from the house. Food delivery options are great, however you can also cook your own meals in the spacious kitchen. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Barbados in all peace and quite and explore the island by car. The sea in front of the house is wild and great for surfers, the quieter blue beaches where you can relax, swim, snorkel are just 10-20 min away. We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Absolutely 5 stars! Paula was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The house exceeded all expectations — spotless, beautifully decorated with modern appliances, and located in a great area with plenty of places to eat and explore. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the home felt very secure and welcoming — truly a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Having spent 5 weeks in the area, we found the location to be convenient in terms of public transportation, access to Oistins and the beach. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We really liked the sheltered outdoor patio and enjoyed having morning coffee and late night drinks outdoors. Harriet is an awesome host. We received quick responses to any questions we had. She left many helpful tips, suggestions and instructions in the home. We would definitely return!!

Turtle Reef has been my lengthy stay in Barbados for many years. We refer to it as our home from home. The decor is totally my taste and is totally conducive to why it suits myself and my special needs daughter. John and Shirley are the perfect hosts.

Lovely stay at Ginne’s place. Beautiful ocean views from the patio, made drinking our morning coffee enjoyable. Close distance to the beach. Easy to drive to other destinations around the island from the location. Ginne was responsive whenever we reached out and the place was spotless. We felt safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a lovely week at Lorraine's place. We really liked the neighbourhood. Dover beach is a short walk away. We also got the bus to Miami beach which isn't far. You don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. We hired a car for two days so we could visit other places. Otherwise we stayed local. The restaurant recommendations were helpful and we had a lovely meal at the Italian place Lorraine suggested. It's easy to walk to St. Lawrence Gap where there are lots of bars and restaurants. We all loved the pool which is a good size and the kids loved the daily visits from the monkeys. The bungalow is spacious and has everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Sandra's townhouse was perfect. The house was well-stocked with literally every amenity and kitchen essential that we needed for a comfortable extended work/holiday stay in Barbados with our toddler. The house was super clean, well-organized, and free of clutter. We felt right at home and at peace the moment we walked into the door. Catching a breath of fresh air out on the terrace, looking out onto the golf course and tropical greenery, is a wonderful way to start and end the day. While downstairs is not air-conditioned, it was very cool and comfortable with the nice breeze and shade that it receives all day long. Sandra and Juliet (the Property Manager) were extremely responsive and accommodating during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house is absolutely fantastic! The kitchen is fully equipped, making it perfect for those who enjoy cooking meals in. Having a private pool was a real treat, and when it wasn’t in the sun, the communal pool was a great alternative. The gated complex felt very secure, and the well-maintained grounds added to the overall experience. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance of a few restaurants, and the bus ride into Holetown is an experience in itself! The bus service was excellent, making it easy to get to Bridgetown or Speightstown. The staff were outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Communication was the best I’ve experienced on Airbnb. A special mention to Tracey, the cleaner, who was not only fabulous but also shared some great recommendations. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay! A bit of trouble locating as we arrived after dark but mostly our own fault as our phones were not working. Once we got settled everything was great! Space was very clean and Priscilla’s mom was very kind. She walked us to the beach to show us a beautiful spot. Thank you Priscilla and Lucille.

We had a great week at Alli’s space. The studio is small but has all the bare necessities we needed. The parking space is conveniently located right outside the studio. The neighbors were quite friendly and we made friends with the neighborhood black cat. We were only 10 mins walking distance to Dover beach. I recommend this space if you’re looking for a simple affordable space!

We had a fabulous 2 week stay at La Canoa. With 6 of us there was plenty of space and we loved hanging out in the garden and on the veranda. We especially enjoyed the wildlife in the garden and the direct beach access. The kitchen was great, fully equipped and clean. Chris was a great host and swiftly responded to any questions we had. Having never visited Barbados before we could not have asked for more. La Cabane, the closest restaurant to La Canoa, serves the best food in a perfect location. (walking distance) We loved being by the harbour and rum distillery, there was something quite unique about this location. I would recommend hiring a car if you are staying here although we used the buses, we also explored further afield to the East and South coast Thank you Chris for providing such a wonderful place to stay in Barbados.

great place for 2 people to stay in, has everything you would need and anyone who can not drive its very easy to walk to the supermarket, beach and many restaurants ect

Kat’s place is spacious, quiet, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed in the master was very comfortable, as was the big comfy couch. We loved sitting in the backyard and listening to the birds and watching the monkeys. It is a car dependant neighbourhood. We rented a car and went all over the island. Kat was super helpful with suggestions and was always quick to respond. We would stay again!

Suzanne and Richard’s studio sits within a beautiful garden where we enjoyed watching birds, anolis and other local wildlife on our lovely patio/terrace. The studio is small but it had everything we required for our stay. The bed was so comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to beaches, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The a/c was lovely at night. Susanne and Richard are fantastic hosts, warm and welcoming, and even accommodated an earlier check in and also allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check out. Thank you both! We sure will be back.
