Its Christ Church location makes it easy to reach Bridgetown, and other parts of the island by car or public transport.

Welcome to Brownes, in Hastings, an upscale boutique development with high end finishes. Our unit is a large 1 bed, 1 bath condo, with a full kitchen. Brownes is located steps from the lovely south coast boardwalk and beach, and minutes from both Lanterns Mall, and Quayside Centre, 5 mins walk away is the lovely Accra Beach. There's a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a smaller second bedroom. Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Veranda, small courtyard and a lawn. Within easy walking distance are a bank, doctor and pharmacy, a sports bars, a beach bar, 5 restaurants, a convenience store and 2 supermarkets.

A cozy studio apartment located behind a private residence in a quiet neighborhood that is just minutes away from the wonderful blue Caribbean Sea, Bustling nightlife, Sumptuous restaurants and many other amenities. There is a Fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine as well as a BBQ located at the property. The space is Air Conditioned and has a king sized bed as well as a futon that folds down into a single bed. There is a safe located in the apartment.
