Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rochester

We booked our stay way in advance, and Malea was responsive from the very beginning. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Each room had an extra pillow and blanket, which was a nice surprise. Our kids loved having the foosball table and extra games. If the house is available next year when we need to come back, we will book again.

The house was great. It had everything we needed and more. Very kid friendly and the kids loved the trail in the back as well as catching fireflies at night. Broc responded to every message timely and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

We can’t thank our hosts enough for coming to our rescue after a bad experience at another Airbnb. From the moment we booked, they were kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. The home was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together with details that made it feel cozy and homey. You could really tell they care about their guests’ experience. We had a small hiccup getting in on the first day, but the hosts responded immediately and helped us get settled without any stress. This stay turned what could have been a frustrating trip into a peaceful and enjoyable one. Highly recommend!

Solid place to stay and a good host!

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Rochester. It was a peaceful retreat close to everything. The heated floors and garage were luxury in cold February evenings. The walking trails on the property were an added bonus and ended up being our favorite part of the whole trip.

Loved the nature around us even though we were in the city. Very quiet. Peaceful & it is a healing house! The only thing negative was the construction going on getting to Mayo. This was not the home's fault! Very kind & responsive host!

Your home was the perfect place for our recent visit to Mayo Clinic. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog and the access to the walking trails was an added bonus.

Thank you Simon for helping facilitate our family gathering. We all loved having a comfortable place to gather during our busy visit. We had plenty of room to move about and we were very comfortable. We didn't utilize the lower level as some family members couldn't do the stairs but I'm sure it would be a nice place to watch movies. Thank you for always communicating well with me.

The apartment was beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Very clean with very comfortable beds. The private rooftop patio was a so enjoyable. It is within walking distance of downtown Rochester restaurants and Mayo Clinic buildings. Just an across the footbridge to Mayo Park you can easily access the skywalk and subway system of the Mayo buildings by entering the Civic Center. Kevin and Anika were very very responsive to any question we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This apartment is a great find!

We stayed at this conveniently located place for 6 weeks to help our family member recover from major surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We felt right at home and very supported by the thoughtful way Jeff and Stephanie have furnished the place, including height-adjustable beds, a shower stool and grab bars, and two comfortable electric recliners in the living room in front of a large TV. The bonus space in the partially finished basement provided extra space for privacy when needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous in providing assistance when we needed it, sometimes even before we realized we needed it (such as a heads up about a coming snowstorm). As other reviews have noted, there is a small flat upstairs that is separately rented as an Airbnb (which we also have stayed in in the past, very cute) and so there was some sound of footsteps from time to time. It was easy to adjust to the sound though and everyone was respectful. Highly recommended!

Perfect apartment for two people. The king bed was very comfortable which is a plus and kitchen well stocked. Close to Mayo and area restaurants.

We were in need of an extended stay in Rochester for a stem cell transplant. The procedures were grueling and we needed a place that felt homey and comfortable for recovering. We certainly found everything we needed and more with this space. I was so grateful they were dog-friendly because having my fur babies visit me on the weekends was invaluable to my healing and recovery. We were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed here because one of us had surgery at Mayo, so we didn't do things around town or use the walking trail, etc. Things we really liked in the rental: memory foam toppers on the beds made them super comfortable; plentiful outlets and USB ports that were easily accessible; well-stocked kitchen; comfortable double recliners; and a lift recliner that was a godsend after surgery. John was very responsive with a couple of issues, and was easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend this rental.

Emily was an amazing host! Checked in periodically to make sure I had everything I needed.

The place was cozy and warm. I loved seeing the wildlife everyday during walks and just outside the windows. Their cat Minnie is just the sweetest and the cherry on top for the relaxing weekend.

We have been to Lake City several times as we have family there and we’re in town for a funeral. Great River Flats is relatively new so everything was clean and updated. Had all the supplies you would need. The only thing we found odd was that they provided paper towels and toilet paper but no tissues. Not a huge inconvenience but strange. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Loved staying at the Mist Condo. It is a beautiful place right in the middle of Pepin WI. Julia is very friendly, helpful and responds in a timely manner. She is very accommodating to my work scheduled and was able to adjust my stay to work with my needs. I would definitely recommend Raspberry Rentals to anyone and everyone I know!!

Jackie’s place is superb. Best location to visit Rochester, especially if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic, walkable distance to many places. The place is huge, great for family like us. Many games provided for the kids: pingpong and board games. Big kitchen and living spaces. Jackie the host is super friendly, helpful and responsive. All communications are smooth and fast. The house was perfect for our girls weekend. The house is spacious, sparkling clean, and very well equipped. Had everything we needed, and space for us all to hang out together. Jill & Julie are excellent and attentive hosts.

Comfy bed, centrally located and good communication! We appreciated the electric tea kettle and tea! Had a great evening at RiverTime Wine Bar!
