This 2,400 square foot elegant and modern house is located within 4 miles of the Mayo Clinic. It's also near Apache Mall, restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful walking/biking trail system. Feel relaxed and completely at home in this cozy, peaceful setting where wildlife abounds while still living in the city!
