We had a great stay! The location is excellent—just a short and easy walk to the Mayo Clinic, which made everything very convenient. Terri and Brett were great communicators and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing close access to the Clinic.

I really enjoyed my 2 month stay here. The appartment was clean and had everything I needed and more. James would respond to messages very quickly and is very nice. I would definitly recommend this place!

I enjoyed a great stay at Brett’s place. Easy walk to Mayo Clinic. Safe neighborhood. Clean and cozy, especially the TV room: my favorite! Brett is a wonderful communicator: I felt truly welcomed . He reached out several times to see if I needed anything. I also appreciated the extras : like lotion/ shampoo/ etc. and a kitchen with all you needed for cooking. Very clean, natural light and a cute porch to sit outside and watch the world go by!!!! Definitely stay again !

We are a part of a research study at Mayo. This was a great central location where we could walk to appointments and go back and decompress in a quiet location. It was easy to find local grocery stores and cook when we needed to, or find a restaurant when we wanted. We will definitely be back! Great value, great host, great location, so much better than being in a hotel.
