THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. You can also book to take a dip in our heated indoor swimming pool which is perfect for all ages. The Pool House

Flash Sales!!!! Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. (Pool is now heated!) During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool, heated from 1st April to Sept end 2025, (pool open Oct-Mar but not heated). Beautiful, tranquil parkland setting, originally designed by Sir Humphrey Repton, with ongoing improvements. The Outdoor Heated Pool (April- October inclusive) and Hot Tub (all year) are situated in a sheltered tropical garden, with a Pool House. There is an outdoor hard tennis court. Beautiful lakes, gardens, countryside and wildlife.
