It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Velkommen til Isbjerget! Denne fuldkomne unikke oplevelse denne lejlighed giver, er noget I vil huske i lang tid. Fra dobbeltsengen fra Carpe Diem ser man direkte ud på Aarhus Bugt. Nærmest som om ens fødder er i vandet. Lejlighed er på 80 m2 på 6. sal og er udstyret med opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, så dine våde håndklæder kan tørres efter et morgenbad i havet. Derudover er selve bygningen et kunstværk. Jeg håber, at I vil finde jer godt til rette i denne smukke lejlighed.

Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

There is free parking in the driveway and a private entrance with a key box for your own apartment and terrace in the garden. 4-5 minutes walk to the bus and 10 minutes to the light rail to Aarhus, where you can take route L1 and be in the center of Aarhus in 15 minutes. - The Djursland highway is only a 3-minute drive away. - 2-5 minutes walk to Q8 or Netto and SuperBrugsen. Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away. A few hundred meters from the water, this charming mini-house is in an attractive area. After two minutes on foot, you are standing with your toes in the warm sand on the beach. In the area you will find forests and after a short walk you will arrive at Kaløvig Marina. There is a bus service to Aarhus twice an hour. The house contains a simple kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with the possibility of extra beds for two smaller children.
