Enclosed garden, covered terrace with gas barbecue. The area has great opportunities for walking and cycling. By car, there is easy access to Mols Bjerge, Ebeltoft, Aarhus and Djursland. In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

There is sun all day on the terrace. In-ground trampoline, sandbox, fire pit, etc. Mols Bjerge has many beautiful hikes. Tiny House Lindebo is a small cozy summerhouse. The house is located in a cozy garden, with a lovely covered south-facing terrace. It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, tea towels, duvets, bed linen and firewood for the cosy wood-burning stove.

The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start your day with a dip or walk down to the local baker. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe, and restaurant scene where you can find everything you want. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
