The chalet is situated on the top of a south facing ridge in the idyllic perched village of Jarjayes above Gap. Very nice 44 m2 triplex refurbished in June 2021. View of the mountains in the small resort of Réallon at the foot of the slopes. Near Lake Serre Ponçon (20 min) in the Ecrins National Park. In a quiet residence 200 meters from the Réallon snow front and its ski lifts, located 150 meters above sea level. The apartment is located at the start of hiking or snowshoeing trails, cross-country skiing slopes, downhill skiing, a sledding area, mountain biking trails.

Cozy apartment of 26m2 in a family house, you have access to the accommodation by bypassing our terrace and you access your own front door with your terrace adjacent to your accommodation. The house is located in Les Vignes a 10min walk from the city center and 20min walk from the body of water, easy access by car and free parking on the road Equipped with wifi and tv with sfr decoder. The apartment is attached to our family home with small children lively house.

Beautiful apartment, in the heart of the small village of Saint-Marcellin, breathtaking views of the mountains. Fully equipped accommodation, reserved parking space. Closed room, possibility to put bikes or other items. Possibility to eat out. Shops nearby. Embrun train station is a 20-minute drive. Savine-le-Lac is a 30-minute drive away. Departure for hikes as well, quick access to ski resorts. A garage to park your motorcycles is available if you wish.

It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has a small patio and and place to park your car.
