You will therefore have nearby ( between 100 and 500 meters ) , the post office, bakeries, supermarket , bars/ tobacco etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul at 20 minutes (possible shuttles) + the Queyras/Ecrins at 30 minutes. The apartment has a south exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and Vauban City are within walking distance of only 300m from the apartment. No smoking in the apartment and our pets are not allowed in this property. This apartment is located on a high floor, which ensures you an exceptional view of the Queyras Mountains and the Parc des Ecrins .....and especially not overlooked. The apartment is on the south-facing garden floor, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden. It is very functional and full of charm. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are very well connected by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and urban bus at 30 meters). Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.
