This duplex with balcony, facing south, is located on the 3rd and top floor of the Eterlou residence (no elevator). Located on the central street, just 50 m from the slopes, you will enjoy the calm of the square while having all the shops at the foot of the building (ATM, ski lift ticket offices and others). This accommodation, ideal for a family, is composed of a sleeping area of about 15 m2 on the mezzanine, including a 90 x 200 bunk bed and a 140 x 190 bed, making it pleasant and spacious.

The chalet offers panoramic views of the peaks from all sides. In addition to the living room, whose bay windows give the impression of living in the landscape, the floor offers 3 bedrooms (2 closed) and a bathroom, all with large openings to multiply the points of view. The interior design, a mixture of authenticity and contemporary, adopts the chalet style as a common thread, in keeping with the dominant wood, left natural. The choice of shades and materials ensures a cocooning atmosphere.

Beautiful apartment refurbished in 2023, located in the "Le Diamant" building, very popular, quiet and at the foot of the slopes, 5 minutes walk from the center of the resort. Facing southwest, the accommodation is very bright and has amazing views. The apartment is cozy and very functional, it has plenty of storage, as well as a pleasant balcony. The ski room located on the ground floor opens directly onto the slopes. This place is great for a family with 2 or 3 children.

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

We have taken special care with the amenities and decoration for a cocooning atmosphere. 5 minutes' walk from the center of Guillestre you will find: all shops, cinema, restaurants, supermarket. At the gates of Queyras, Vars, Risoul, and Embrunais, its geographical location will give you access to an unlimited playground in summer and winter.
