This south facing duplex is located on the top and 3rd floor of the Eterlou residence (no elevator). Ideally located on the central street, only 50 m from the slopes, you will however enjoy the calm of the plot by having all the shops at the foot of the building. This accommodation, ideal for a family, is composed of a sleeping area of about 15m2 on the mezzanine, including a bunk bed and a 140 bed which makes it pleasant and spacious.

Located on the 2nd floor of the L'ETERLOU residence, 1 sleeping area (2 bunk beds) and a sofa bed in the living room. The property has duvets and pillows for each bed. A laundry room is located below the residence. No linen or towels.
