Holiday rentals with a patio in Ripon

The studio was spotlessly clean and in a great location with Boston Spa high street just a few minutes walk away. As people have pointed out, it gets very hot in the main space when the sun is out as it was for our visit. However the bedroom is shaded and therefore cooler, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. The only niggle was the lack of a toaster which would have been welcome to toast the bread which was part of the otherwise delicious breakfast. However this was a minor point and the studio was otherwise a very comfortable place to stay.

What a find! Absolutely perfect for our three night stay in York. Secure parking with EV charging and we didn’t use the car at all once we’d arrived. 45 minute pleasant walk to the centre or bus stop literally right outside the door. Also got an Uber back after a night out and was less than £8. There are local pubs and shops within a few minutes walk too. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, absolutely spotless, with comfy bed and good quality bedding. Carolyn is an excellent host, great local info and perfect level of communication…providing all the information and responsive to messages but also left us in peace :)

Lauras place was beautiful, her instructions on finding the place were perfect and the parking spot is a plus! Being conveniently close to the park and ride to get into York centre was very good! Laura has utilised the space wonderfully, it’s beautifully presented and the outside area is a bonus to sit and have a coffee in the morning. The place itself was beautiful and very well equipped, with snacks, coffee, tea, milk and bathroom accessories (shampoo, soap etc) beautiful towels and bedding and even an air cooler. Huge TV with Netflix and Disney. Everything was perfect. Very clean. We will definitely be returning! Thank you

This is a really beautiful property! Although one has to deal with many steps, the beauty and peacefulness and quiet are really worth it. It is comfortable, well equipped, and quiet, with a really charming balcony to sit on – a lovely view of the Abbey. Very easy access to town, beaches, et cetera. The host was helpful, and answered our queries fully and promptly. We would certainly recommend it.

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

Brilliant apartment in a great location. It had everything we needed and was a great space to spend the weekend in. Zoe was really proactive and responsive, and made all the admin around our stay very easy. 10/10 would stay again.

We had the best stay. Shelia responded straight away when I txt her to say there was no tv reception and she sorted it very quickly. The scones were delicious as was the jam and cream to go with them. The whole flat was so cosy and comfortable. Parking was very easy also. Very close to Knaresborough town centre and a good walking distance away. You can adjust the heating very easily if cold. I would 100% stay here again. The stairs to get down to the flat are quite steep so just be weary of this if you struggle with steps but I have MS and I managed without too much trouble. The bed is also so comfortable. My husband had I had a great night sleep. 😀

We had a lovely 1 night stay at the Ebor Suite and wished it was for longer. Beautiful decor and everything you need for a short stay. Great detailed instruction for check in. Close to a co-op if you need a few supplies and plenty of restaurants and takeaways. We would certainly return and would recommend to others.

A slice of cottage life just steps away from the Haworth Main Street close enough but not in the bustle. Tracey was welcoming and very easy to communicate with. Our stay was comfortable with everything we needed and the place was spotless, an important factor in my book. The art, decor and furnishings were just right and we liked perusing the novels in the home. It was the perfect base for our exploration of Bronte country and we felt immersed in their world. Visiting the Parsonage and going for a ramble to the moors couldn’t have been easier. Thank you Tracey for an unforgettable experience!

A lovely cottage in a lovely town. Super comfortable beds and a great shower. Well equipped kitchen and the garden overlooking the river was a delight….very friendly neighbours, too! We would definitely stay again. Ten out of ten.

Lovely spot for a stay in Harrogate. We had kiddies with us and they loved it too! The place is beautiful and we'll definitely be returning.

Kizzie’s place is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for my husband and I. Didn’t need the car at all and the centre is just a few minutes walk away. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants to choose from and lovely little shops to browse in. We went to the cinema too which is a few minutes walk away and had a lot of character. Beautiful surroundings, lovely walks down the canal or sit in Kissie’s garden. Bed was so comfy and we slept so well. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect would be a fair description of this property. Beautiful surroundings and Jane, the host, has thought of everything you could possibly need. Very clean and comfortable beds. This property has the most enormous living room so lots of space to enjoy. There is lovely pond with water lilies- charming. On walking around the property when we arrived my partner remarked “I’d buy this place-it’s lovely”!!!

Gorgeous cottage, clean, very well equipped and lovely touches with the welcome box left for us. Bed very comfortable and lovely new kitchen too. The garden was very welcoming too and beautifully kept. We very much hope to stay again.

Just returned from a very chilled out time-felt absolutely home from home whilst we were there. Whenever we were out we talked about returning home-to Linton! No complaints at all, just full of compliments-looking forward to returning soon, thank you too for the milk, jam and biscuits x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shambles Secret. Jenny proved to be a first class host, who went above and beyond to make her guests happy; we cannot thank her enough. The flat was exactly as depicted in the pictures, lovely and cosy and a real home from home. We slept really well, and although the flat is right in the centre of York, it was remarkably quiet. We enjoyed our time in the flat as much as we did sightseeing in fabulous York. Shambles Secret really is right where you want to be, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. This is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully appointed inside and spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s in a very quiet spot with verdant outside space and close to the buzzy pub and restaurant scene in Headingley as well as being within striking distance of Leeds city centre. Jo could not have been more helpful in terms of accommodating us and making us feel immediately at home.

This was our second stay at Sue's: it was perfect for our needs - a cosy home from home with everything you could possibly need provided. Sue was just as friendly, welcoming and responsive a host as the first time around. We would recommend without hesitation!

Outstanding! For two travellers Eleanor's quiet haven in York is a gem. Location is ideal being easy walking to/from the hubbub of central York with an elegant setting in leafy quiet retreat after our busy days within the city walls. Furnished tastefully with a period feel, though modern in layout and fit out. Attention to detail with everything awaiting our stay was exceptional.

We had a lovely stay. The property was small & cosy with everything we needed. Great location just far enough to be peaceful but easy to reach the centre of Knaresborough & the waterside. Chris gave great recommendations for local food & drinks & we loved the Mitre for food & had a great night with live music in Track & Sleeper just next door. Loved the view from our bedroom window, we saw a deer & woke up to the birds singing! The staircase took a bit of getting used to 😀 but I loved it!!

Great location with easy access to the city centre. The place was neat and tidy and I would 100% recommend!
