Monthly Rentals in Rip Raps Island

Walking in to peaceful beach music started the stay off on the right foot. It was such a nice touch! This home is clean and looks exactly like the photos. The waterfront is stunning and there are lots of seating options on the deck and by the water to enjoy it. Everything worked well and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We felt right at home and checkout was a breeze. We plan to stay again next time we are in the area.

Very nice place in Norfolk

Amber is outstanding! Despite navigating the new throes of having twin infants, she never kept me hanging or waiting - as a matter of a fact, her responsiveness & attentiveness was experienced long before I was ever in the state. Her desire & willingness to please & to make her tenant beyond comfortable was exemplary. She was empathetic to any undue burdens I was facing, and wanting to do her absolute best to provide comfort & ease (I had a tragedy strike right before I was scheduled to arrive). She swiftly made accommodations for me & a new addition to the rental, comping me any added fees. Her groundskeeper greeted me right when I pulled in, and walked me through how to get in the unit, the features of the unit & was willing & able to answer any questions I may have had. He provided his cell number so that I could contact him in the event I needed his assistance. Such a wonderful group of people, surely you will be satisfied. Only bummers was all the stairs to get to the unit
