Kelley is amazing! Booking to departure exceeded expectations. Kelley was s welcoming and communication a breeze. She has even helped with referrals in area. Goes above and beyond as a host. I recommend booking just based on my experience with Kelley. We have stayed at cottage on/off for 3 or so stays to be with family. Close to everything but feels so private. The proximity to Preserve and beach are a bonus. Love Fox Hill & Grandview! Cottage is a great place to relax and reset. The love and intention can be seen & felt in every detail. From the multiple seating or dining areas inside/outside to the tiniest details and extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, bikes. Etc. We appreciated how light and airy she made every space and all of the special touches added. One of the very few Airbnb’s we have stayed where it felt like a home. Every space is inviting and comfortable. Don’t get me started on how clean and well maintained they keep cottage. Book ASAP!

Clean and exactly as described in the listing. More spacious and well equipped than a comparably priced hotel. The houses in the neighborhood are close together but that was not an issue during our stay. Well there was someone practicing trumpet next door when we arrived but fortunately that did not last too long LOL. A nice 1 mile walk to the waterfront. The only minor glitch was the arrival instructions mentioning the "front door" but there are actually two front doors and the obvious one is the wrong one. A very pleasant stay. I appreciated the cancellation option for a small fee, fortunately we did not have to use it.

Joan was the best host. The house was clean and tidy and was just the right size. The location of the home was in a quiet neighborhood. No drama and the neighbors were kind. Easy access and not too far from anything.

I would definitely recommend this place to others. There’s plenty of room in the house. House was clean and had all the necessities. My 15-year-old loved playing the piano. My whole family loved how close the beach was. The host communicated well and was very friendly. We definitely would love to come back in the future.

“Vitamin Sea” Waterfront GVI Retreat!

My husband and I came to Brigette’s place to spend time with both sets of our aging parents and our toddler. It was absolutely perfect for us! The house was spacious and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, including a crib, tiny table, and toys so that even my two-year old felt right at home. The walk to the beach was a small distance but was well-worth having a nearly private beach. I couldn’t imagine such a gorgeous location being as empty as the photos showed, but it’s accurate! Very happy - would definitely recommend :)
