Host will meet you to give you the door code and a tour of the property. Entire house w/ a park-like backyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining, sun room, & washer/dryer. Home is close to Rio Rancho, Presbyterian Medical Center, Sandoval Regional Medical Center, Intel, HP, and Rio Rancho Event Center. Pets are welcome for a fee ($50 per pet) * Pets must be with the owner while outside *Pets not allowed on the furniture or beds * Pet waste must be picked up

The living room has a 55" Roku TV that can easily be used for streaming all your favorites; Netflix, Hulu, Etc. Lots of parking plus 2 car garage.

Your private casita is nestled in the Rio Grand forest park. Walk, bike, or jog on the Bosque Trail behind the house along the acequia (waterway) or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. We supply coffee and cream and several black and herbal teas with sugar and honey for sweetening. In the Kitchen is a full refrigerator, oven/microwave and stovetop. Cookware, dinnerware oil, vinegar and spices, wine glasses and more. Sleep in a comfortable queen-sized bed.

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)
