Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rio Rancho

The house was absolutely amazing! Super clean and amazing to stay in! I appreciate the same day response and able to book me hours before! Really appreciate them for letting me stay in their beautiful home!

This place was PERFECT and made me discover my new favorite part of ABQ. There was so much to do in the area and so many cool places to check out- and within walking distance! I stayed with my two dogs and we LOVED walking all the trails and exploring down by the river. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet, peaceful and authentic New Mexican experience. The home was beautiful and felt safe, cozy and clean!

Love Joe and Melanie they come by and check on you if you’re staying for a while. They stop by and water and mow the lawn weekly and we’re real nice

Absolutely beautiful cabin and view! It snowed over a foot on our last night and it was breathtaking. Brad was a great host and very responsive. He also gave us very thorough instructions on how to use everything in the cabin along with things to do and eat out at in the area. Large bedrooms and bathrooms with everything you could need for the stay. Super cozy living room along with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights and there were robes available. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax outside of the city even with the kids. Easy 20 minute drive to Albuquerque with tons to do. Recommend taking the 30 minute drive up to Sandia Peak. We will come back when visiting family again. Thanks again Brad for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!

We had a fantastic stay at this Albuquerque home! The house was absolutely perfect for our needs—spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi in the backyard, which was such a relaxing bonus after long days of exploring the area. Everything was just as described, if not better, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lauren and David's place in ABQ. The casita was larger than we expected and had a lovely outdoor patio area that we enjoyed using. The location was perfect, a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping on Central Ave, and a 20 minute walk to the UNM campus. Communication with the cohost Erik was seamless, I was even able to chat with him in person a bit upon check in and he gave me some great local recommendations. I would love to stay at Lauren and David's place again in the future and highly recommend it!

I loved the place. Quiet with a private patio. Within easy walking distance to a park and Old Town. It was convenient to be able to walk to a restaurant for meals. The casita was spacious and reasonably authentic, but with ac & heat. I would definitely stay there if I ever return to Albuquerque. Connie came and showed me how to operate everything right after I arrived.

Cindy was a wonderful, attentive host. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was especially ideal for our travels with our dog.

We did a girls’ trip to Albuquerque and stayed at Casita Rose. Our stay was amazing. The house was clean & beautifully decorated with the classic southwestern vibe. We loved that it was quiet and peaceful enough to sit on the porch in the mornings and drink coffee together. We were also a short drive away from everything we wanted to do. Rebecca even gave us a few recommendations, and they were all great. She was super friendly and welcoming. We had everything we needed as far as essentials in the house, and we were all comfortable. Was overall a great place to stay! Would highly recommend!

This is the second time that we have stayed at Derek's place. We are a quiet couple and appreciate finding a place in a quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly as described, very clean, all the appliances work, and the beds are soft. We use the place as a central location to travel in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe/Chimayo areas. It is near major highways, near a supermarket, gasoline stations, and is actually not far from the ABQ airport car rentals. We have found that if you arrive in the evening as we do (and as many airlines do,) you are better off staying in Albuquerque and serving up a home-cooked meal at Derek's, rather than driving all the way to Santa Fe. We hope to be back again in the not distant future.

This place was bigger than we imagined. We only really spent a little time here as it was a rest stop but if I was in the area again, I would stay again. I loved the outdoor spaces, if traveling in a big group, people could spread outside and indoors and have a great time together and separately. The place was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

While taking a cross country road trip, I decided to stay for one night at Bryan’s place on my return drive. A winter snowstorm hit quite quickly and covered the dirt road leading there in snow. My car is not made for these types of drives (time of year and type of car should be considered when booking). Bryan did an AMAZING job communicating with me via chat and phone calls guiding me to his place during the snow storm. He personally drove in his truck to guide me as I took a wrong turn and temporarily got stalled in some snow. He went above and beyond to make me feel safe and calm. Not to mention his place was spectacular, extremely clean, and felt very cozy. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom was spacious and clean! I would recommend this stay and I hope to return for a summer month!

My husband,David and I love staying at Virginia and Jetts place ! The house is so comfortable and full of huge space.We are here again for my husbands cancer treatments and is the most quiet and restful we have stayed near the hospital yet.Virginia is great,and has become a friend! My dogs love the private little yard to rest as well.I can't say enough about staying here,but will definitely stay again and recommend to those who want privacy and peace an quiet in a beautiful home ! 😊💗

Awesome place for our family girls trip! We had so much laughter…perfect for our group from age 23 all the way to 78. Art was a great host. The house was super clean and the backyard is amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

David's house was very beautiful, from the views of the Sandias to the pool and the large floor to ceiling windows. It was clean comfortable and was more than exceptional. I would recommend this place if you are traveling with your family for sure!

Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. We had the best experience!!! Not only was the house beautiful and spacious did I mention comfortable but they didn’t miss a single detail. Games appliances ect.. Trisha was wonderful we are very grateful.

I've stayed in a few Airbnb's in Albuquerque and this one is my favorite. I wish I'd been able to stay longer, over the weekend, to enjoy the nearby walking path. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. The décor is stunningly gorgeous, even down to the bedside tables. Storage space for guests is plentiful. Seth is proactive with instructions and available for any and all concerns. I hope I can stay here on my next visit to Albuquerque!
