This former 1925 Pine Cone Tea Room was the stopping off place for refreshments for those traveling back and forth to ABQ from the top of the Sandia Mtns, ski hills & trails. It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown.
