We had a great experience in this house! The space is large and airy and very comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy, and the place is super pleasant, ideal for resting. The hosts were super flexible with check-in and checkout, which made us very comfortable during the stay. The only suggestion of improvement would be in relation to the cleaning of the pool, which could be a little better taken care of. Overall, it was a great stay and I recommend!

I've been to Rio de Janeiro more than 20 times. I've been in several Airbnb houses and apartments, but this one, of course, was one of the most amazing so far. The house is very well taken care of, you can understand in every detail the affection that the owner has for the house. The house is well-equipped, it has all possible utensils. The kitchen is big and had everything we need to prepare our meals. The rooms are air-conditioned and the beds are extremely comfortable. The house is practically on the beach street and is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope that all guests take care of the house with great care, how the owners do, and how we take care during our stay. Anyway, we love and intend to come back again and again.

The appartment has all standart equippement and is well alight. It does lack luxury but if that is not what the renter is looking for the surroundings and the hospitability of henrique will make up for it at ease. We had a great stay!

Our stay at this spacious home in Rio was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for us to relax. The host was an excellent communicator—always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A huge plus was the flexibility with check-out. That level of hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Beautiful and cozy apartment, there was concern in every detail. Everything is very clean and organized, despite being small it is a very, very comfortable place. My kids got scared with the armchair bed and yet it went smoothly. The kitchen is a luxury, everything was flawless, we were very happy. The very good sector, quiet, with metro nearby, taxis and even walking within walking distance you reach several sides of tourist interest. I would be happy again! Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

The apt is great, well decorated, functional, well clean, well equipped, perfect for short or even long stays. The condominium is very comfortable, very beautiful, and with many amenities. All features compensate for the fact that it is not a sea front. Fast commute to beach (R$20 uber) . The host was extremely kind and attentive. I will certainly return. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is otimooo!! Super clean and very complete, with everything we need, Dona Nira served us super well, great hostess, we felt at home!!! Joyce's place was exactly as described. It was beautiful, clean and in a secure building. Joyce and Bruna were very communicative and responsive. they checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. The stay was enjoyable, and I would definitely book it again.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!
