excellent place, the condominium is perfect and has met all my needs! Food court very close also, supermarket and everything else. The host is super attentive and has a good communication to solve everything that is necessary.

Great stay at Paulo's apartment! It is conveniently located, very close to Copacabana! It is spacious, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and fully equipped to be self-contained. Paulo has been lovely, very flexible for our late arrival because of the Carnival.. thank you to him for waiting for us a long time. We 100% recommend and will come back!

What a gorgeous view to wake up to daily! A tastefully furnished & decorated space of clean uncluttered line. Comfortable bed. Walk thru wardrobe & drawer space leads to the bathroom. Smart TV in the living room space and one in the bedroom... Easy to cast ones apps for viewing streaming & music. The neat kitchen amenitiea and ample dining space were ideal (the stove ranges require match lighting which is provided). Thirteenth floor. Two elevator banks with 2 elevators each. Pool and fitness center are on 2nd floor (P). Condo provides towels and beach chairs. Reception personnel is friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, drugstores and boutiques are on Avenida Olegario Maciel 5 minute walk from the building...(a self-service 24hr laundromat by the Shell gas station three blocks up Olegario) The beach is across the road from the building. BEST: Jardim Oceanico METRO STA is 15min walk or 5 min Uber ride away. VERA is caring and responsive. I'd gladly return!

We rented the apartment because it was 10 people and it was perfect! We soak up space! All spotless as in the photos, clean, well-equipped kitchens, A/C in every room, towels for everyone. Spacious, comfortable. Convenient location between the two busiest beaches in the area. Mozart and Carmen always responded in time, efficient, with help. Very kind. They let us leave our luggage before check-in so we could take advantage of the day. We gave several sets of keys to be able to move separately. The building guard is very nice. Supermarket nearby. Recommended 100%

Everything is perfect...... in particular the large balcony in front of the sea to which you can also access the rooms that you can also see the sea , make you want to have lunch and dinner every night on that balcony. Everything was spotless as described. Very close / 3 blocks /Supermercado ZonaSul where they have rotiseria, fishmongers , bakery etc etc everything you need they have and at a great level. The only negative point is that the mattress in the master bedroom is not comfortable for me, but since it no longer obscures the great stay we had 8 nights, we would definitely come back... They were beautiful days and very special moments. Luiz was extremely attentive and requested with us, he served us promptly and gave us great tips! The beauty is the view is unique! indescribable, the access to the beach is great, the pools are also amazing. The extremely clean and cozy apartment, had everything we needed, is even more beautiful in person than in the photos We were with a 4-year-old and it was great! We already miss you and are thinking of coming back.

Very nice, cozy, perfect place within the proposed. , with great location, the square in front is excellent because in addition to being beautiful has a lot of entertainment with food trucks , the host very proactive and polite, gave indication of places and explained everything very well! Only compliments , I recommend everyone and if possible I will come back on other occasions!

We love the lodging. The house was quite complete, with all the essentials and beyond. Wilson left more than we needed in terms of hygiene items and even a meal for coffee. It was very flexible regarding check-in and check-out and very attentive before and during the stay. The neighborhood is wonderful, full of shops around, we find everything we need, the night is also quite busy, we feel safe there. The beach walk is less than 10 minutes. If we go back to Rio, we'll want to stay there again. 😁

Celia was a wonderful host!! She was so accommodating and let us leave off our suitcases before/after check-in/out in response to flight schedules. She gave lots of recommendations and the place was so lovely- especially the balcony. She also had plenty of towels and beach supplies for us. The area was perfect. Would stay there again in a heartbeat thanks to Celia.

Olivia’s place stood out as one of our favorite airbnb experiences thanks to thoughtful touches like leaving fruit and beach toys for our daughter. Excellent location in a very cute area. Would certainly stay again!

Marcelo is very attentive, the day we arrived we had a problem and I help us resolve. The house is very comfortable and clean Good area for activities and very close to the beach and other attractions. I am very satisfied and would return a thousand times to his apartment muito brigado !

Garden and pool with terraces, churrasquero, everything optimal. we really enjoyed it. Very clean and with many amenities: Paraguayan hammocks, miscellaneous lounge chairs, various tables. large freezer, refrigerator, minibar on the barbecue. TV, very comfortable sofa bed. Apartamento corresponds to the photos of the publication, being beautiful, comfortable, well divided(large for bedroom and living), clean and very well located on a quiet street a few blocks from the waterfront of Ipanema. It has a bakery a few meters away as well. Gentle and considerate porters on our on-site arrivals. Matheus was an attentive host who responded to messages quickly and courtesy. I would definitely indicate and stay in the property again.

As we saw in the other reviews before closing, it's all as you commented. Wonderful house, in a wonderful place (calm, quiet, quiet and a great climate in the middle of the heat of RJ). The village met super well and all the couples who went were very happy (as well as our children who liked it a lot)! There was nothing missing, on the contrary - there was a lot left! Very equipped and complete, a find!! We will return for sure (if she wants us, of course)! Amamos and would score 1000 if I could! Thank you very much for everything! for everything rural

Spend a month in this beautiful place! Very grateful, and everything as explained and specified. Very fluid communication with the owners of the apartment, very friendly employees of the place. The only thing I can highlight to improve is the air conditioning, since there are only in the rooms and the living room and kitchen sometimes it gets too hot. Saving that.. Everything's excellent! Very friendly and friendly ❤️

We were among three friends to enjoy the carnival. The apartment is a little away from the places with more movements, something that you already knew in the reservation and that would not affect, even after the end of the stadia, the reservation made. The apartment is within a gated condominium, super insurance and has a grocery/convenience that made it much easier to buy everyday items, including drinks, water, energy, etc. I had a problem with the address, but without any responsibility of the host or Airbnb, I only write to raise awareness, as Uber ends up sending, according to the address of the condominium, to another isolated place, in which there is no housing or established, which is valid for notice. Therefore, after booking, please inform yourself of the name of the condominium, in order to avoid inconvenience with Uber. Finally, a simple but extremely clean apartment, comfortable, tidy and with various utensils to spend days quietly. Super recommend!

I would 1000% love to stay in this wonderful bnb again on my next trip to Rio. This apartment was easy to find and check in to. The doormen were lovely in assisting us to check in and also store our bags in the downtime between switching bnbs. The apartment itself was immaculate with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge living room and kitchen, giant balcony, with stairs leading up to a terrace with a small private heated pool. It was the most relaxing place I stayed during my trip to Rio and I would recommend it to anyone coming to this beautiful city. No negative notes at all
