In the bucolic neighborhood of Sta. Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and pool: This Studio and the Ap (another ad). With a view of Christ the Redeemer (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades, we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.

It's equipped with high quality utensils, bed linen and towels and 300MB internet. *Parking at the Ipanema Forum, 300m from the apartment for R$50/day, paid separately as an additional service.
