Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Pretty, modernised, very comfortable Victorian cottage in lovely village with great pub and shop just a mile from the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Fully equipped kitchen; dining table & chairs, d/s cloakroom, family bathroom with large separate shower; sunny, safe, enclosed garden, WiFi. Double, twin and full-sized bunk bed rooms with comfy beds and cotton sheets. Friday/Monday changeovers preferred. Flexible changeover in low season but. No Sunday check ins.
