Double, twin and full-sized bunk bed rooms, all proper mattresses and cotton sheets. Friday/Monday changeovers preferred. Flexible changeover outside high season but can’t offer Sunday check ins.

The sea-facing views from the fenced and canopied decked area at the front of the property are spectacular and ever changing with the tides.

Sandringham and other historic houses are close by as are RSPB Titchwell and Snettisham.
