The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

Neighbors are neither heard nor seen. The eastern boundary of the garden is bordered by a babbling brook. A play paradise for children.

The building has a living room, a spacious dining area with fireplace, a bedroom with double bed, a room with double and single bed, kitchen and shower room on 92 m².
