Ideal for a vacation with 2, max. 3 families or small groups. House on three floors, space ideal for 8-10 people (in exceptional cases max. 12). On the first floor, there is a common living room with a kitchen block and a large table as well as an additional lounge with a sofa bed (thus usable as a 5th bedroom). On the 2nd floor, two large triple rooms, balcony, floor shower and two toilets. On the 3rd floor, two double bedrooms, balcony, shower and toilet. All rooms with washing facilities (cold/hot water).

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

I rent the apartments that my grandparents furnished with a lot of love and high quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out themselves, I will continue to do so. The apartment has about 51 m². ! We welcome individuals, several people, as well as families of all ages, genders, and origins! Host offer for families. Our country house is in a very quiet yet central location. The Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen ski resorts can easily be reached by ski bus from us. In summer, we are an ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can walk to the first tee of the Uderns golf course from us. If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!

My place is close to the ski slope and in summer the hiking trails. You can enjoy the most beautiful views on our 2 large sun terraces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers and families (with kids). The hut is at about 1000 m above sea level with beautiful mountain panorama.
