Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Well Cottage was created in 2017 from the former wash-house and bakery for Townsend Farm, dating from 1858. The view to the rear is across cultivated farmland. The garden opens to the public under the National Garden Scheme on specific dates to raise money for nursing and health charities.
