Apartment HoPla with mountain view - close to the Dolomites

We offer you relaxation on the outskirts of Sterzing in a nice apartment with balcony and mountain view. It is the starting point for many beautiful mountain tours, no matter in which direction and whether on foot or by mountain bike! The Dolomites are nearby! The apartment is our second home, fully equipped with a kitchen and all accessories. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the building! This allows you to drive directly to the entrance, although the apartment is on the third floor!

The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

The apartment is in the area adjacent to the center and is close to the “Montecavallo” ski resort. In summer there are jogging paths, playground, gym, swimming pool/sauna, tennis court, soccer field, hockey stadium, skatepark Walking distances: 2 min. Poli supermarket 5 minutes to the highway 2 minutes to the bus stop 5 min.: historic center with traditional Christmas market, restaurants and shops 10 minutes: Monte Cavallo ski and trekking area with Italy's longest toboggan run

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

Attic "Jakob Reduced forms, soft colors and homely spruce wood characterize the relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. Two to six people will find valuable peace and relaxation on 87m². For additional well-being: a modern wood stove and a private panoramic sauna with wellness loungers. Always included the spectacle of nature: viewed through the windows, enjoyed from the 18m² roof terrace, the 11m² panoramic balcony or experienced right outside the front door.

Everything Comfort apartment, No premium card is included in this apartment price Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

The holiday apartment "Jaufenspitze Blasighof" is located in Racines/Ratschings and overlooks the mountain. The 34 m² studio apartment consists of 1 living room/bedroom, 1 well-equipped kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 1 small balcony. This apartment can accommodate 3 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and garden furniture, is also available for your use.
