I had a comfortable stay at John's place. John was responsive to any queries, the apartment was well equipped and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending booking.

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

We had a lovely and relaxing two week stay in this well equipped property. The apartment was pristine, clean and spacious with attention to detail. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the lovely pool, incredible views and having access to some excellent walking routes in the area. Regina is a super host, well-organised, friendly and responsive.

We have just returned from our first visit to Calpe and have fallen in love with the place. Everything about the apartment was perfect for us. It is very clean and well equipped and the location is wonderful. It is next to a lovely beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. We walked into the old town and also along the beautiful promenade along to the next beach again with good bars and restaurants. We received a very warm welcome from Dagmar, who after showing us around the apartment left us to enjoy our holiday. We were there during the power outage and she very kindly brought us a torch and candles. We would definitely love to return.

The apartment is spacious for 2 people. Quiet predominates. The sea is very close as well as bus lines. Close to Valencia center also accessible by bike. Recommended, we stayed 5 nights.

The piano in the Airbnb was lovely, and we had fun playing it while we had down time or when we were waiting for an Uber to arrive. The whole apartment feels very spacious. The living room felt very home-y/cozy, and Luis had his Netflix account connected which was a huge plus. Lots of utensils and plates for meals. The two separate bedrooms were also spacious. We are two female travelers on a girls’ trip, and the two separate bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay for us. All in all, thanks Luis! He was also very responsive if we had any questions about where to grab keys, and he also had free coffee ready for us at the cafe downstairs. All in all, Luis went above and beyond! And the downtown location is perfect and close to the major train station and other attractions in Valencia. We really enjoyed the Oceanografic and the Museum of Arts and Sciences, which is a short Uber ride from Luis’ place. Thanks again, Luis!

Great holiday! We were very happy with the apartment and the owner!Thanks Alain! Great location, balcony view of the sea as in the photo - fantastic! Comfortable beds. He provided us with a baby cot, a high chair for feeding! There are a large number of restaurants and shops near the house!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great 2 weeks. Super view of Cala Advocat and a good sized pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is indeed private and very handy for good local restaurants. Gym and washing machine a welcome bonus. Would happily stay here again.

The place was clean and very roomy. Anna Maria was helpful. location sent for parking and house for provided on booking made us very confused and it took us more than 5 hours to find the real parking and accommodation that was very tiring and puzzle sum. according to Anna real addressable were issued on the day of which we didn't see. Streets were one way. if someone is taking a car you cannot take car close to the accommodation to unload. you must be ready to walk with luggage. overall it was a great experience since the facility was clean and very central. and Anna did help us resolve any issues at the end. thank you.

cant fault the apartment or the host Chris.Everything was as described and Chris was so freindly.Communication was exceptional response instant couldnt ask for more. This apartment is in a very good location for our needs,quiet enough to relax on balcony or by the pool and close to the night life. Really cant fault anything and once again cant say enough how good Chris was. thankyou so much

This really is an amazing place with a nice view. Perfect to stay as a couple for a couple of days or longer. Parking is easy and Ingrid is really nice. She let me stay 1 hour longer because I needed to finish some work and that was no problem. Also a little welkom drink and chocolate is provided! Would highly reccomend This place.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Very nice place. The apartment is of a newer date and very high standard. Only thing that can do better was that the beds were very hard, but we survived. The location was phenomenal with 20 meters to the beach and walking distance to everything you need as well as the old town. Lovely heated pool and great pool area with bar serving quality beer and spirits.

I had a great stay at this lovely property in Benidorm! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The garden was a peaceful spot to relax. The location was also very convenient, with everything within easy reach. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We had an extra good time with all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are fantastic. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

I would highly recommend staying at Franks Beautiful apartment. Franks communication was brilliant and his apartment was even more beautiful in person. It over looks the beach, near lovely restaurants and bars and only a 5-10mins walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
