Country House in Valencia

Experience a unique stay in a completely renovated traditional Valencian house. Located in a gorgeous setting amidst orange groves, yet just 10 minutes by car from small towns with all the necessary services, 20 minutes from the beach, and only 35 minutes from the city of Valencia. The house has 6 double bedrooms -each with an en-suite bathroom-, a spacious kitchen, and an outdoor bbq, dining and lounge area. The pool, adjacent to the house, provides a refreshing escape on the hottest days.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Casa Montgó is in a prime location, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. It is located in a quiet residential area, ideal for those seeking peace, privacy and relaxation. Spacious and elegant, with tasteful décor and everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay with family or friends. Being away from the town centre guarantees tranquillity and privacy. We recommend having a vehicle to get around, including to access the rubbish collection point.

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

A vehicle is recommended.

Rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday in July and August).

We are in the forest, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana, at an altitude of 1000 meters; a nature reserve area, with free-range deer, eagles, owls, wild boars, arruis, partridges and more wild animals. The wooden cabin is fully equipped and isolated in such a way that it is perfect to enjoy in winter and summer. We self-supply electricity with a solar-wind hybrid installation. The property is located fifteen minutes from Sella.
