A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Ocean views in Denia

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Hort del Lleo is a Valencian farmhouse from the early 1900s. Completely restored in 2023. 25 minutes from the sea and just 45 minutes from the city of Valencia. Very close to the monastery of La Murta founded in 1400, where you can enjoy the hiking trails of Alzira. Very close to La Galiana and Saler golf courses. As well as quick access to the AP7, a road that crosses the entire Valencian coast. With a privileged climate due to its proximity to the sea and mountains.

We are in the forest, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana, at an altitude of 1000 meters; a nature reserve area, with free-range deer, eagles, owls, wild boars, arruis, partridges and more wild animals. The wooden cabin is fully equipped and isolated in such a way that it is perfect to enjoy in winter and summer. We self-supply electricity with a solar-wind hybrid installation. The property is located fifteen minutes from Sella.
