A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Queremos que nuestros huéspedes se sientan seguros! Limpiamos y desinfectamos después de cada alquiler. Casa de 3 plantas con garaje. Salón comedor con puerta de cristal con vista al mar. Acceso directo a la playa desde la terraza. Chimenea. Cocina reformada y bien equipada, 3 habitaciones dobles y un ático con cama doble. Todos los colchones son nuevos. 2 baño y 1 aseo. We are in the forest, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana, at an altitude of 1000 meters; a nature reserve area, with free-range deer, eagles, owls, wild boars, arruis, partridges and more wild animals. The wooden cabin is fully equipped and isolated in such a way that it is perfect to enjoy in winter and summer. We self-supply electricity with a solar-wind hybrid installation.
