Our cosy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people 🏠. The apartment is located on the ground floor. With 45 m², it has a bedroom, a full bathroom, and an integrated kitchen with a living-dining room, all in the same space. The bedroom has a 135 x 190 cm double bed with a new mattress for optimal rest 🛏️and also a 175 x 80 cm sofa bed so that a third person can sleep. The apartment has very good ventilation and hot/cold air conditioning. The room gets plenty of natural light, creating a cosy atmosphere 🌿✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle 🍳☕. It includes basic condiments and laundry detergent, avoiding unnecessary expenses. There is a table for 2 people with chairs, perfect for meals as a couple 🍽️. Full bathroom with shower tray 🚿 and amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and a hairdryer. Bedding and towels are also included 🛁. The entire apartment is exclusively for guests.
