Our cosy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people 🏠. The apartment is located on the ground floor. With 45 m², it has a bedroom, a full bathroom, and an integrated kitchen with a living-dining room, all in the same space. The bedroom has a 135 x 190 cm double bed with a new mattress for optimal rest 🛏️and also a 175 x 80 cm sofa bed so that a third person can sleep. The apartment has very good ventilation and hot/cold air conditioning. The room gets plenty of natural light, creating a cosy atmosphere 🌿✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle 🍳☕. It includes basic condiments and laundry detergent, avoiding unnecessary expenses. There is a table for 2 people with chairs, perfect for meals as a couple 🍽️. Full bathroom with shower tray 🚿 and amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and a hairdryer. Bedding and towels are also included 🛁. The entire apartment is exclusively for guests. In the warmer months, you can choose between several beautiful beaches (just a 5-minute drive away), two shared swimming pools: an outdoor pool open in July and August (900 metres away), and a semi-covered pool available all year round (200 metres away). During the cooler months, the pool is covered (although it is not heated). You can also warm up in the shared sauna or relax by the cosy fireplace.
