The apartment itself is located on a quiet street and the apartment faces the courtyard with a beautiful big tree. Here you just sleep wonderfully quietly

Unser Haus bietet Platz für die ganze Familie und liegt nur 20 Minuten entfernt vom Dom, dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Phantasialand.

Duplex parking available. 200 meters to various buses incl. the Bus 730 which goes to the Messe. Altstadt 25 mins /Hbf 20 mins/ Messe 30-35 mins/35 mins to the airport. Ideal location for business and tourism. WLAN. Walking distance to Grafenberger Woods, Ostpark and Gerresheim with various shops and restaurants.

The train station with a direct connection to the city centre is just 5-8 minutes ( walking distance) away from the flat and takes you directly to the city centre (10-minute drive). Restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are also within easy reach. Breakfast (individually by request) is included in the daily price.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.
