The house is located on the market square just 150 m from the Rhine beach. There are 3 restaurants, 5 snack shops and a supermarket within easy reach. Bonn and Cologne can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The Rhine cycle path runs in the immediate vicinity as well as a bus line towards Cologne and Bonn.

The house is a historic building from 1826 with charm and a special flair. A large garden and a covered terrace are available.
