Wir heißen dich herzlich willkommen in Buch, in unserem neuen, komfortablen, und in sich abgeschlossenen Apartment, mit schönem Freisitz und Garten. Bei geöffneter Terassentüre genießt du Sonne, Licht und Natur. In der kalten Jahreszeit sorgen Bodenheizung und Eiche-Dielen für Behaglichkeit. Dein Bad ist direkt mit dem Wohnraum verbunden. Zugänglich ist das Apartment über einen eigenen Zugang. Die kleine Küchenzeile befindet sich im Wohnraum und steht dir zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Torhaus in Kemel

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Ferienwohnung im "Blauen Ländchen"

Unsere ca. 50 qm große Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Tagesbett (80cm bzw 160cm x 200 cm) einer Couch und Satelitenfensehen. Eine Küche mit Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlfach, Umluftherd und Spülmaschine. Eine Filterkaffemaschine, ein Wasserkocher und ein Toaster sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Entfernung nach Koblenz 30km, Wiesbaden 40km, Mittelrhein/Loreley 16km.

Als Interior Designerin habe ich diese 96 qm große Ferienwohnung als einen Ort voller Charakter und Persönlichkeit gestaltet. Abseits von kurzlebigen Trends und Massenware steht unsere Unterkunft für Langlebigkeit, Individualität und bedachtes Upcycling. Um zu zeigen, dass eine neue Gestaltung nicht unbedingt teuer sein muss. Nutzen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt für eine kreative Auszeit, lassen Sie beim Wandern in der Natur die Seele baumeln und nehmen Sie ein Stück Inspiration mit nach Hause.

We have expanded the former granary under the roof of the old customs castle: 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 combined kitchen/living room, ideally suited for a cozy stay with a historic ambiance. The flower corner in the courtyard with table and benches is also at your disposal. The city, park and pier are within walking distance. The house was built in 1964 by our grandparents and was substantially renovated in 2023. Former slate mine with gorgeous river view

This sunlit former mine nestles against the rock like a swallow’s nest, directly below Burg Gutenfels and along the Rheinsteig trail - far from train and traffic noise. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

Lerne in romantischer Natur das Leben im Tinyhouse kennen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude wurde komplett in Eigenleistung entworfen und gebaut. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramawohnbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

You won't forget a night on the water. ✨⚓️ In the middle of the Lahn, in Nassau, you will find a place where time is slowing. The resting pole is your private, floating retreat surrounded by nature, water and silence. Wake up with a view of the river, enjoy romantic sunsets on the terrace, and let yourself be taken to sleep by the gentle rippling of the water. Our houseboat is a fixed floating bedroom and not suitable for driving. ❤️🌊

Enjoy your romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in nature! The mirror house has an area of 18 m² and is suitable for 2 people. The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.
