This approx. 100 square meter apartment with a special flair offers space, comfort and an original architecture: Located in the annex of the main house (with private entrance), a former swimming pool was converted into a bright, spacious apartment in 2018 with a lot of love for detail, which offers space for four people. It is equipped with a hot tub and sauna for wellness and relaxation and is located directly on fields and forests and the Eifel Nature Park with 1000 excursion possibilities (nature/Euregio/cities).

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Cozy 2-room apartment - 60 m² - with south-facing terrace

In the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, the accommodation is about 60 m², has its own entrance, plus about 15 m² south terrace on a large garden with old trees. Please note that due to the proximity to the garden, an insect can sometimes get into the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

As well as city culture in Bonn or boat trips on the Rhine to Cologne or Koblenz.

The modern apartment (46 square meters) is beautifully located in nature and invites you to relax. With a separate entrance and parking, you will find your peace and relaxation in a bright and quiet atmosphere. A terrace, a conservatory and a sauna (bookable separately) are also part of the lovingly furnished apartment. Shopping and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive, while the center of Cologne is a 30-minute drive.

The Red House in Veytal

The red house is located in the idyllic Veytal between Mechernich and Satzvey, directly on the eponymous Veybach. This allows you to enjoy the special location in the middle of the nature of the old forest worker's house, while being only 900 m from the town of Mechernich. The house is located directly on a bike path and thus offers a good starting point for bike tours in the region.

You can relax perfectly in this cozy 70 square meter apartment. The accommodation is furnished in the Nordic style and is located on the first floor of a two-family house. Great connections to Cologne (16 min. by public transport from Königsdorf train station 2.5 km). Enjoy the nearby forest for relaxation. A toddler bed can be set up if needed (€30).
