It is located on a busy road, with peak times of increased noise from cars & trucks, but the property is equipped with triple glazed windows, but still not much noise

Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

Quietly located but still central, a small forest close by, a swimming lake with water skiing about 10 minutes from here, Phantasialand can be reached in 15 minutes Cologne in about 15 minutes, depending on where you want to go a little longer (by car). Everything is accessible by bus and train. Of course, there's plenty more to explore.
