Knausen - summer and winter cabin

Knausen is located in the peaceful Østhusvik with lake views, walking distance to the swimming area, shop, hiking areas, marina, Rennesøyhodnet, etc. There is an outdoor area around the entire cabin where you can play ball games and activities or sit down on one of the terraces. In the living room there is air conditioning, wood stove, sofa, armchairs and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna. 3 bedrooms. Parking for 2 cars. Bus stop 70 m. Stavanger city center 25 min by car. Pulpit Rock parking 60 min.

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Rural tranquillity in Stavanger – apartment on Rennesøy

Modern and spacious basement apartment from 2019 on idyllic Rennesøy. Large windows provide plenty of light, and the patio door provides direct access to the outdoor area. Perfect for commuters and hikers who want a quiet base. Free parking, WiFi and simple kitchen. Short distance to Stavanger (30 min) and Preikestolen (1 hour). PS: The farm has no animals, but a nice golden retriever roams freely around. If you are afraid of dogs, another residence is recommended. Rented to persons over 25 years – children with adults are welcome.

Gamlahuset by the sea - near Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" from around 1880 is rented out. The house is located on a small courtyard in Gardsvågen on Talgje, 100 meters from the lake. Here there is a beach, and there are hiking trails around almost the entire island. From Gardsvågen it is 1 km to the speedboat dock. From here it is 20-50 min by speedboat to Stavanger. It is 35 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. At Talgje there are also opportunities for frisbee golf and sauna rental (Anker Gaard) and there is a sand volleyball court 1 km from the house.

Unique tiny house with panoramic views - "Fjordbris"

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. In 2023 and 2025, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

Beautiful cabin by the sea in Sokn, Stavanger

Great and small summer cottage with closed winter garden, almost at the edge of the lake at Sokn Camping. Lovely view over the fjord, 180 degrees. The cabin was completed in 2022. Here you will find a large jumping pad, football pitch, volleyball court, playground equipment, kiosk and restaurant with all rights. Only a short drive of 15-20 min to Stavanger and 50 min to Kongeparken. 55 minutes to Pulpit Rock parking. Guests can rent canoes and kayaks at the campsite. Campsite quiet hours: 11 pm - 7 am

Cosy, newly renovated farmhouse - Apartment 1

Newly renovated farmhouse on Auste Åmøy in Ryfylke, approx 25 minutes drive north of Stavanger. Here you can relax and hike in rural and scenic surroundings. On the way down to a nice swimming area, you can see and explore Southwest Norway's largest concentration of rock carving fields. Sheep and lamb can be experienced up close. Åmøy is also a good starting point if you want to visit famous places such as Utstein Abbey, Prekestolen, Sola beaches, Ørnhaug Visitor Farm, Kongeparken, etc.

The apartment is 112 m2 with 3 bedrooms and is fully furnished. Living room and kitchen in one. The apartment is facing south, and has good sun conditions from early morning to late evening! You have a great view of both the lake and Himakånå. You will find many good hiking opportunities both to the mountains and forests, Himakånå is one of the most attractive hiking destinations. The climbing park "Høyt og Lavt", shop, joint transport, fishing and swimming opportunities are also nearby.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
