From January 2026 to June, there will be construction work in the area on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00. If you think this will disturb, I ask that you find another place. The apartment is soundproofed and so far I have only good reviews from guests who love the tranquility of the place.

With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. The apartment is equipped with devices such as Smart TV, contains modern furniture, as well as a large terrace with a fantastic view of the ocean. Here you can enjoy everything from breakfast to late evenings. The apartment is 20 meters from the beach and the beach is open to everyone! It's a peaceful neighborhood and the people are nothing but helpful.

Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has 5 km of hiking trail.

Cozy cabin in Årdal, Ryfylke.

The cottage is located a little by itself on the outskirts of a farm stun, beautifully located on the slope down towards the idyllic Riskedalsvatnet. From the dining table or terrace there is a view of the water. Built in the late 1980s, the cabin has been completely refurbished with modern colour options in 2020. You will find everything you need in this cabin.
