It has a 10 m x 4 m swimming pool (heated from April 15 to the end of September) and a Jacuzzi (heated all year round). It is located on a 5000 m² plot of land. We are 4 km from the exhibition park and 4.2 km from Ker Lann, 4.5 km from the airport and 9 km from the center of Rennes. Rennes-Lorient expressway 2 km away. 3 Golf courses about 5 km away.
