Ideal starting point for many activities by bike, on foot or by car. Bonn is only 25 km away. Koblenz is 36 km away. The Ahr valley is almost outside the door. Remagen with its numerous galleries and the famous ARP Museum also invite you to visit.

The accommodation we offer in the "Haus Waldheide" (homepage on the Internet, more information there) is a small, self-contained 1-room non-smoking apartment in a single-family house on the Rheinhöhe in Oberwinter near Bonn. Quiet, preferred residential area, SW slope, large fenced garden with pond, barbecue area, etc. for shared use. Car recommended, park on the property or on the side street in front of the house.

The house is an artistic gem in the middle of the historic old town of Unkel and a newly built part of a building ensemble from 1925. It is less than 100 m from the picturesque Rhine bank of Unkel and at the same time impresses with breathtaking views of the vineyards. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen in das Siebengebirge oder zum Rhein sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich.
