Villa Flora on the Rheinsteig, ideal for hiking

Villa Flora is located directly by the forest. In about 50 m, a forest path leads up to the Rheinsteig. I myself often use the ideal location to take different hikes. The house is a semi-detached house, surrounded by a lovingly designed garden, with fireplace, herbal spiral, two sun loungers and enough seating. In the living room is a wood-burning stove and piano. If necessary, the 35 square meter living room with a bed 220 x 130 cm serves as a second bedroom.

Small, colorful villa in Bonn Plittersdorf

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm
