Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. By S-Bahn (S3 station "Krupunder"), you can reach Altona in 17 minutes and in about 20-25 minutes on the Reeperbahn or at the landing bridges at the harbor. The S-Bahn is about 10 minutes walk from us. By car, you are quickly on the A23 (exit "Krupunder/Rellingen").

A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.

Beautiful two-room apartment just outside Hamburg. You can reach the city center of Hamburg in about half an hour by public transport. A bus stop is right outside the door. Halstenbek train station with free P+R parking is approx. 3 minutes away by car. The airport is about 20 minutes by car. Free parking for guests is right on the side street. You are welcome to park with us for unloading and loading.

Welcome to my studio with a separate entrance. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have a view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner.
