Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Pirate's nest deluxe with city connection

We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. More information at hvv.de Cars can be parked right in front of the door.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space, whether inside in the modern basement apartment or outside in the large garden. In addition, the location is very nice. -Hamburg Airport (about 20 minutes by car) -Hamburg main train station (about 20 minutes by car) -Nearest bus stop: Schnelsener Weg (about 5 minutes' walk) -Baker (5-minute walk) - Krupunder See (about 10 minutes' walk) From the nearby highway you can hardly hear anything in the apartment.

Completely newly refurbished and renovated apartment on the outskirts of Hamburg, very quietly located in the industrial area of Rellingen. Bus connection to Hamburg can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, to the city by bus or train in about 35 minutes. The apartment can accommodate at least 4 people. If necessary, a folding bed can be set up. It includes two bedrooms, a large living room with balcony, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with all utensils.

Liebevoll eingerichtete, ruhige, gemütliche und voll ausgestattete 130qm große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss eines Neubaus aus dem Jahr 2020. Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten von der A7 entfernt über die man Innerhalb von 15 Minuten nach Hamburg Altona, mit dem beliebten Stadtteil Ottensen und dem Hafen, sowie zum Hamburger Flughafen gelangt. Auch zum Timmendorfer Strand gelangt man von hier aus innerhalb einer Stunde. Entspannen und Hamburg genißen!

This small cozy approx. 30 sqm apartment has its own style and is freshly renovated in March 2025. It is on the first floor and perfect for 1 person or couple. It has a living-bedroom with a 1.6m double bed and a small kitchen-living room. The bathroom has a shower. 3 minutes to Bushaltest 184 and S-Bahn S21/S31 to Hamburg. Very good shopping in 800 m: Edeka, DM, post office.. Amenities are complete with linens and towels Parking at the house.

"Great break" - beautiful apartment at the gates of Hamburg

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.
