The Annex hosted by Peter & Jo, is a home from home. The accommodation is a perfect modern place to stay for 2 people. Peter & Jo are very proactive and respond quickly to guest’s questions if and when necessary. It’s great that there’s a dedicated parking space for guests. Its location is brilliant as it is close to the centre of Reigate and its amenities. The Annex is very close to the very large Priory Park which is a lovely place to explore. Peter & Jo are very thoughtful as they leave their guests some provisions - water, milk, croissants and wine! So greatly appreciated! We have stayed at The Annex twice and will definitely stay

we had the most wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend to others. The walks to town are beautiful and so scenic probably about 25 mins or so. The Annex itself is gorgeous- has everything you could need and was surprisingly spacious. the beds and bedding were all so comfortable we all slept incredibly well, especially the children. great place to stay. great location. And lovely, responsive and thoughtful host.

Needed a place to crash for 6 weeks while having work done at home. It had everything we needed. Good responsive host, has made every effort to ensure all amenities were available. Highly recommend for short or long stays.. close to railway, motorway and shops.. Only improvement I would recommend is up security. No alarm, no external CCTV and only a single Yale lock on front door..

Lovely stay. Very convenient for Reigate, Brighton and London. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we would definitely return. Thank you.
