Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

The apartment with balcony is located in the countryside, directly on the field. It is located 5 minutes' walk from the train station. The connections to Heidelberg, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Heilbronn are very good. The journey time to Heidelberg old town or to the Rhine-Neckar Arena Sinsheim by train or car is 15-20 minutes. Meckesheim is a starting point for various excursions. Heidelberg, Neckartal, Odenwald, Dilsberg, Sinsheim and Kraichgau, Schwetzingen and Hockenheim.

The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

You'll love my place because of the spaciousness and the tranquility. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
