Holiday rentals with a patio in Reggio Emilia

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

We absolutely loved this beautifully designed house with wonderful garden where you can sit with coffee or a glass of wine and listen to birds. Federica and her family were super helpful and extremely welcoming. Best hosts we ever had on Airbnb. Great location for our dog, nice park nearby and short walk to train that takes you to Bologna.

We loved our stay in Carlotta’s home! From her sweet welcome and surprise play area set up for our kiddos to her local recommendations sent weeks in advance and help with making our dinner reservation for our first night, she made our whole experience even more special! The space is very homey and the bed is so comfortable! Everything you need is readily available! The location is great! Very walkable to many amazing restaurants and areas! Would definitely recommend!!! And would love to come back!

Great place to spend sometime in Parma

Great place for a peaceful stay 20mins walk away from Bologna centre. It was easy to find parking nearby and place was great for a group of four, with everything we needed plus a beautiful patio where to enjoy morning coffee. Would definitely recommend Paola’s place

Super helpful landlord. We were always able to keep in touch by phone. Very nice and super clean room. It is a stone's throw from Bologna, you can get there comfortably in 10 minutes. We'll definitely be back!

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are several supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point for visiting the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

Spent 3 nights at La Torre with a group of 6 friends. On the check in and check out days, the hosts were very helpful in getting our bags up and down the steep hill. On our first day we took public transport from the house to cinque terra. We didn’t have a car so it meant getting a taxi to the train station, was a little bit difficult to organise but the hosts helped out when there were no taxis available Our second day was spent e-mountain bike riding as the hosts run the bike hire shop. Rolling through the towns was stunning and would definitely recommend. issues: Without a car, you need to plan your travel ahead, make sure you have connecting taxis booked and enough groceries to cook meals. The electricity would trip when too many appliances were running Overall, I definitely recommend people stay at La Torre nel bosco, the location is stunningly beautiful and you can access cinque terra quite easily from there. The hosts are very supportive

This is a beautiful place in the center of Bologna. You are close to restaurants, shopping, the piazza and train station. If I go to Bologna again, I will stay here. Highly recommend.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

excellent accommodation to say the least: apartment as elegant as it is comfortable, equipped with everything you need, even more (the entire breakfast kit is very appreciated), very convenient parking a few meters from the entrance. Very quiet, safe area and a few kilometers from the city of Modena and the highway. Very helpful and courteous hosts and cohosts for every need. Excellent value for money. Accommodation, therefore definitely to be recommended.
